1. Introduction

Welcome to RestFlow (“RestFlow”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, marketplace, services, software, hosting solutions, MCP Server services, trainings, workshops, and any related products or offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, purchasing any product or service, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

These Terms apply to individuals, freelancers, startups, small businesses, and companies in all regions where we operate, including European countries, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada.

2. Scope of Services

RestFlow provides a variety of Services, including but not limited to:

  • Consulting & Advisory Services related to AI, automation, N8n, business operations, and process optimization.
  • Implementation & Development Services, including workflow building, custom automations, integrations, and technical configurations.
  • Managed Hosting & Software Services, including N8n hosting, infrastructure setup, maintenance, and related software tools.
  • MCP Server Development, Auditing & Management, including open-source MCP Server tools and commercial configurations.
  • Training, Courses, and Workshops (live or recorded).
  • Marketplace Products, including templates, workflows, digital assets, and implementation add-ons.

All Services are provided on a best-effort basis and may evolve or change at any time.

3. No Business Impact Liability

RestFlow provides technical, strategic, and operational support, but:

We are not responsible or liable for:

  • Any business decisions you make based on our advice, tools, or implementations.
  • Any financial, operational, reputational, or commercial outcomes resulting from the use of our Services.
  • Any errors arising from your own configurations, third-party integrations, dependencies, or internal workflows.

You acknowledge and agree that all implementations, workflows, technical setups, and recommendations are used at your own discretion and risk.

4. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Create an account with accurate, complete information.
  • Have the authority to bind your company or organization, if registering on their behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

5. Marketplace Purchases

RestFlow operates a marketplace where we offer:

  • Free and paid templates
  • Implementation packages
  • Premium content and assets
  • Software or hosting add-ons

5.1 Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the platform.
  • Payments are required upfront unless otherwise agreed.
  • Taxes may apply depending on your country.

5.2 Refund Policy

Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings:

  • Digital products (e.g., templates, assets) are non-refundable.
  • Service purchases (consulting, implementation, hosting) are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • Workshop or training fees may be refunded only if explicitly stated on the checkout page.

6. Hosting & Software Services

RestFlow may provide managed hosting and software platforms, including N8n hosting and MCP Server hosting.

You acknowledge that:

  • Hosting availability may experience maintenance windows, interruptions, or outages.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or response times.
  • We are not liable for data loss, corruption, downtime, system failures, or third-party disruptions.

Your responsibilities:

  • Maintaining local backups of workflows, configurations, and data.
  • Ensuring compliance with all laws applicable to your data usage (GDPR, etc.).
  • Not uploading harmful, malicious, or illegal content.

7. MCP Server Services & Audit Services

RestFlow offers tools, development, audits, and open-source utilities for MCP Servers.

You agree that:

  • MCP configurations and audit recommendations are advisory only.
  • You maintain full responsibility for deployment security, compliance, and operational integrity.
  • RestFlow is not liable for misconfigurations, security breaches, or system failures.

8. Use of Our Services

You agree NOT to:

  • Misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to exploit any part of the platform.
  • Use our Services to build competing products.
  • Engage in illegal, abusive, or harmful activities.
  • Interfere with servers, infrastructure, or security measures.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All content, templates, workflows, software, branding, code, and materials produced by RestFlow remain our intellectual property.
  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased content.
  • Marketplace items may include specific licensing terms.

You may not copy, resell, or distribute our materials without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

RestFlow implementations may depend on third-party tools or platforms (e.g., N8n, APIs, SaaS services).
We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party outages or failures
  • API changes or deprecations
  • Pricing changes by external providers

All third-party tools are used at your own risk.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR and relevant privacy regulations.

Our Privacy Policy explains:

  • What data we collect
  • How we process it
  • How you can manage or delete your data

By using our Services, you consent to our data practices.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

RestFlow, its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, customers, data, or business opportunities
  • Business interruptions or operational impacts
  • Any result or outcome arising from automation, workflows, or technical implementations

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 30 days.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:

  • Any specific business results
  • Error-free workflows
  • Security against cyberattacks
  • Continuous uptime
  • Compatibility with all systems

You use our Services at your own risk.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • You engage in abusive or harmful behavior
  • We are required by law

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

  • The United Kingdom for European clients
  • The State of Delaware, USA for North American clients

Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of these jurisdictions.

16. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
Updates become effective upon posting, and continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
