• Case: onboarding a new employee with a pre-built Skill set

Day 2 – Claude Cowork & Productivity

• Automating file and task management without code
• Connecting Claude to Google Drive, Gmail and Calendar via MCP
• Case: Claude reads emails, summarizes action points and creates calendar events
• Case: generating a weekly report from existing documents automatically

Day 3 – Claude Code: Foundations

• What Claude Code is and how it differs from regular Claude
• Installing and configuring Claude Code
• How to give Claude Code real tasks and track progress
• Building your first app or automation with Claude Code
• Explore → Plan → Execute → Review workflow

Day 4 – Claude Code: Advanced + Agents

• Subagents: what they are and when to use them
• Running multiple agents in parallel
• Writing effective CLAUDE.md files for project context
• Creating reusable commands and automating complex workflows
• Case: AI business dashboard built end-to-end with Claude Code

Day 5 – Production, Integration & Capstone

• Connecting Claude Code to MCP Servers and external tools
• Credentials management and security best practices
• Production-ready architectures with Claude
• Capstone project: build your own Claude-powered automation from scratch
